Up to what time can you check in?
From 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. For later arrivals, arrangements can be made at the time of booking
From what time is the room available?
Approximately from 11 a.m. onwards;
Do you have 24-hour reception service?
No, reception is open until 23.00;

How far is the beach from the hotel?
The hotel is directly on the beach

By what time must the room be vacated on the day of departure?
By 10am;
In half-board, can lunch be exchanged for dinner on a daily basis?
Yes, by communicating it the day before
When is it best to settle the account?
A few days before departure
What are the meal times?
Entrance to the restaurant is permitted:
for breakfast from 7.30 to 9.30 a.m.,
for lunch from 12.30 to 1.30 p.m. and for dinner from 7.30 to 8.30 p.m;
Are meals served at the table or buffet?
Meals are served at the table (according to the menu compiled the night before), while there is a buffet for appetisers, salads and vegetables, or for breakfast;
Is it possible to have packet-lunch when going to Mirabilandia, or to parks?
Certainly, by prior arrangement with reception and restaurant staff;
Do you offer laundry service?
No, but there is a laundrette a few metres from the hotel
Do you provide beach towels?
No. However, it is possible to purchase Hotel logo towels.
Are coffee and spirits included in the all-inclusive formula?
No, they are considered extra drinks, the price of which is displayed at our bar. It is possible to opt for the All Inclusive Plus formula at an extra charge, in which case they are included for a certain amount;
Is it possible to reserve the first row on the beach?
Yes, by prior arrangement with the lifeguard (extra charge to be paid directly at the beach);

Does the all-inclusive also include drinks on the beach?
No, drinks consumed on the beach will be charged and then paid to the Lifeguard;

Do I need to make a reservation to use the bicycles?
No, bicycles are available at the Hotel Krone (also owned by us) and are requested at the time of use.

Do you offer baby food service?
Yes, on request at the time of booking and by prior arrangement with the dining and kitchen staff;
Are child seats available in the dining room?
Certainly, please request them when booking. We have suitable seats according to the age of the child-a;
Are prams available?
Certainly, they are parked at the entrance to the playroom and marked (to distinguish them from those brought by our guests);
Are mealtimes flexible for children?
Certainly, (20/30 minutes before the room opens), subject to prior agreement with the catering staff;
Is there a charge for the entertainment service?
No, the entertainment service is for all our young guests: in the mornings and afternoons at the beach and in the evenings at the hotel;
In case of need, do you have a doctor you can trust?
Yes, we have both a paediatrician and a very good general practitioner (with paid service);
In the event of cancellation, is the deposit returned?
Yes, if the cancellation is made before 30 days of arrival, or up to 20 days it can be used for a subsequent stay, subject to availability, in all other cases it is retained;
Is parking included?
Yes, for all cars;
Where is the hotel car park located?
Next to the hotel
Is the car park supervised?
No;
Are animals allowed in the hotel?
Yes, of a small size and as long as they do not disturb;
Are dogs allowed on the beach?
The bathing establishment we have an agreement with has a small area for a fee;
Is there a charge for our little dog?
At the hotel we charge a small surcharge in total to ensure that the room is as clean as possible
Are dogs allowed in the dining room or swimming pool?
No, they are not allowed.
Do you have a shuttle service?
No, but the area is provided with buses or taxis;
Which is the nearest train station?
The Lido di Savio station or, a little further away, the Cervia station;
Is there a bus service to Mirabilandia?
Yes
Are there any bus stops nearby?
Yes, on the main road to our hotel;
